      Dee Dee’s involvement with and love for the Tennessee Walking Horse wonderful horse started with her first ride at the tender age of six weeks and continues today, encompassing all facets of the breed. Along with her pleasure and show horses (both padded and flatshod), she has actively stood stallions, owned broodmares, and raised foals. She has served on the Executive Committee at TWHBEA as Vice President at Large Youth, setting record membership and helping the Youth raise a record amount of money with the Softball Challenge. She chaired the Gelding Opportunities Subcommittee and helped to author the “Go” Gelding Program. She has served on the Breeders, Enforcement, Performance, Horse Show, Marketing, Youth, and Owners/Exhibitors Committee at TWHBEA in past years. She is a licensed AA judge with the NHSC and has officiated at shows across the nation, including the TWHBEA World Show, the International Flatshod Championships, and the International Performance Championships. As we look to the future, she would like to see the Foundation restore the credibility of the breed.
