      Janice began her interest in the Tennessee Walking Horse exhibiting as a teenager and now has world championships to her credit. She has served on the Board of the Virginia Walking Horse Association and the Walking Horse Owner's Association, and has served on the Celebration Advisory Board and the Board of Governance. Janice has been inducted into the Walking Horse Trainer's Friendship Club and was their Honoree at the 2007 National Trainer's Show. Janice has been a recipient of the Susan Gordon Horsemanship Award, as well as being inducted into The Celebration Hall of Fame. Janice envisions the Tennessee Walking Horse Foundation becoming a vital link in the preservation and promotion of all disciplines of the Tennessee Walking Horse Breed both inside and outside the industry.
